(together referred to as “we”, “us” or the “Joint Controllers”).

05How long we keep your data

06Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We may share them only with carefully selected recipients who help us run the project:
- Service providers acting as processors on our behalf — in particular providers of website hosting, e-mail and newsletter platforms, IT and security services, marketing and analytics tools, accounting and legal services.
- Public authorities, where required by law (e.g. tax authorities, courts).
- Professional advisors (lawyers, auditors) bound by confidentiality.
All processors process your data only on the basis of a written agreement and only to the extent necessary.
07Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Our preferred providers are based in the EU/EEA. If, exceptionally, your data are transferred outside the EU/EEA (typically in connection with widely used cloud services), we ensure an adequate level of protection — e.g. through the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or by relying on an adequacy decision.
08Your rights
Under the GDPR you have, in particular, the following rights:

- Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the Czech Republic the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, www.uoou.cz).
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at contact@lawn.tennis. We will respond without undue delay and in any event within one month of receiving your request.
09Cookies and analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies are used to ensure the proper functioning of the site. Analytical and marketing cookies, where used, are activated only with your consent, which you can give or withdraw via the cookie banner or your browser settings.
10Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure, including access controls, encryption in transit and contractual safeguards with our processors.
11Children
The website and our communication channels are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete the data.
